22-08-2026: From the files of the bizarre and the offensive, the Victorian government in Australia has announced an attempt to forcefully vaccinate penguins, supposedly to prevent them dying from bird flu. From the city of Melbourne which delivered the longest and most repressive lockdowns on humans in the entire world during the fraudulent “Covid pandemic”, this metropolis will now set a new record for animal oppression. However, even the Victorian government’s own press release admits that vaccination of penguins won’t stop H5 bird flu from circulating but will allegedly reduce its impact![1] Around 5000 Little penguins at Phillip Island and St Kilda are set to be hunted, caught, held down and vaccinated by force – twice. In a small mercy, the Little penguin population on Phillip Island is around 40 000, and even conservationists concede that vaccination is supposedly only one part of attempting to control a virus, assuming it exists. Measures to improve the habitat on Phillip Island and surrounds are reportedly just as important. Such efforts include weed control, pest animal control and re-vegetating with native species.[2]

Penguin Parade

Little (also known as Fairy) Penguins are the smallest species of penguin in the world, standing at around 32 centimetres high. The Little penguin colony on Phillip Island is known for drawing thousands of tourists year round to watch the “penguin parade” each day at dusk. In the early evening, the Little penguins land on the beach after spending the day in the ocean foraging for food, to find their nests in the sand dunes. Penguins appear comical as they walk, as they are built for swimming. In fact, penguins spend up to 75% of their lives in ocean waters.[3] On Phillip Island, the government has set up grandstands and ground level viewing platforms for the crowds to witness the penguin parade as the little penguins come ashore.[4] In a sense, the government has employed the penguins to draw income, and now the government is effectively enforcing a vaccine mandate on birds who have little chance of resisting.

Allegedly, on August 15 the first recorded death of a little penguin was supposedly discovered,[5] which triggered the government’s urgent drive towards mass vaccination. One could rationally object that the stress the penguins may endure while being hunted down, caught, and forcefully injected would do far more damage than an alleged bird flu with doubtful origins. Penguins are one of the oldest animal species on planet earth, having existed continuously for some 60 million years.[6] The notion that virtually pre-historic penguins today are in dire need of two flu vaccines or otherwise face death is absurd on the face of it. This is an egregious example of vaccine fanaticism, the idea that almost any health problem can be solved with injections that just happen to be produced by Big Pharma. One wonders if there will be adverse reactions to the bird flu vaccines in the penguins unfortunate enough to be caught.

Who is the real target? 

One could claim with some justification that bird flu is a re-run of the Covid narrative, but with a twist. With Covid, the “pandemic” planners directly blackmailed us by eliminating elementary civil and democratic rights to force people to accept potentially unsafe and ineffective vaccines. With bird flu, on the other hand, the state is indirectly blackmailing us by targeting poultry, to coerce us to accept more unsafe and ineffective vaccines into our food supply.[7] The state then of course claims “The Science” as a justification. What is more, the practice of the mass slaughter or culling of hundreds of thousands of chickens to allegedly stop bird flu has little or no effect.[8] Birds, like humans, need to develop a natural immunity to viruses – assuming a dangerous virus does in fact exist. Mass slaughter of animals with little justification is a form of biological terrorism, which is traumatic for farmers and others, and causes immense waste. Slaughtered flocks cannot develop a natural immunity to a virus, just as human populations kept in lockdowns and isolation from each other (the nonsensical “social distancing”) cannot either.

Some have argued that the real purpose of the forced vaccination of the Phillip Island penguins is to make them die, with the ensuing horror this news brings then providing justification for more vaccine mandates on more birds or more animals, and even on humans. It certainly does appear that the real target of the penguin vaccination program is the working class itself, not the semi-aquatic sea birds that the state apparently views as “collateral damage”. The state seems to be saying to working people – when we choose, we will again impose vaccine mandates on you, threatening your employment and ability to feed yourself and your families. The vaccines may again be prepared to potentially injure or kill those subjected to them, which conveniently boosts the profits of Big Pharma while increasing state repression. Late stage capitalism not only exploits and commodifies nature, it weaponises it for its own purposes.

Covid was the class line from 2020 to 2022. Western capitalism was falling way behind the socialistic giant Chinese economy and needed to do something extraordinary in a vain attempt to “re-set” the system of private production for private profit. While it is true that the top leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) played along with the Covid narrative and imposed horrific lockdowns in some cities, the unprecedented fear propaganda which saturated the globe came from Washington, Brussels and Canberra. The deliberate shutdown of parts of the economy led to billionaires increasing their wealth, while the working class was subjected to lockdowns, vaccine mandates, facemask mandates, border closures and the evisceration of the most basic and elementary civil and democratic rights.

In an appalling spectacle, the vast majority of the political left merged with the capitalist state and cheered on and enforced repression and discrimination never previously imagined. These “left” parties had spent the previous 50 years or more swearing that they were some kind of “revolutionaries”, but when it came to the crunch they were anything but. Almost all Union officials caved in, as did much of academia and enlightened liberals. Today, with imperialism at war on Iran and Russia, and losing both badly, it may decide that another round of deliberate shutdowns of the economy may be necessary. Workers need to resist these wars, the cost-of-living disaster, and the potential return of “pandemic” hysteria with all their might. Crumbling capitalism must give way to socialism, where the formerly oppressed will rise to power.
